Every agricultural question is different. A text question, a crop image and a voice-supported assessment do not cost the same to process. Field Credits keep pricing fair by charging according to the type of assistance performed.

Your farm memory is not a premium feature.
A farm is built through years of decisions, observations, challenges and lessons. FieldState is designed to preserve that history. We do not charge you for normal farm logging. Paid plans help cover the cost of retaining large original media files for longer.

Questions about pricing and trust
Is FieldState free to use?
Yes. Normal FieldState logging, reviewing and exporting of structured farm history are available on every Field Plan. Your farm memory should not become inaccessible simply because you do not have a paid plan.
What do Field Credits pay for?
Field Credits are used when FildraAI performs assisted work such as explained guidance, image-assisted checks, voice interaction, machine-learning analysis or generated summaries.
Will I lose my farm history if I stop paying?
No. Your structured farm history remains available while your account exists. Plan level affects how long original photos and audio recordings are retained, not whether your farm history disappears.
Are photos and voice recordings kept forever?
Not by default. Original media consumes substantially more storage than structured farm records. Free, Basic and Pro plans retain original photos and audio for different periods, while summaries, transcripts and related farm records remain available.
Does FildraAI replace an extension officer or agronomist?
No. FildraAI supports more informed decisions by keeping field history and explaining possible next steps. It does not replace farmer experience, extension officers or qualified agricultural professionals.
Are Field Credits and API Credits the same?
No. Field Credits are for people using FieldGuide, FieldVision and FieldAudio directly. API Credits are for developers or organisations calling FildraAI services through API keys.
Can I buy extra credits without changing plans?
Yes. Add-on credit packs are available for users who need additional assistance during a demanding period without upgrading their plan.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits remain available for 24 months from purchase. Your account will show your remaining balance and expiry date.
