Responsible Use Guidelines
Our AI-powered guidance is designed to be practical and safe. These guidelines help you use FildraAI intentionally—supporting your decisions without replacing your judgment, local regulations, or professional expertise.
FildraAI provides informational guidance to support your agricultural decisions. It is not a prescription engine and does not replace professional advice, regulatory labels, or your own expertise. We're here to help you make better decisions, not to make them for you.
1. Agricultural Safety & Best Practices
Follow Local Labels & Regulations
Always prioritize pesticide labels, safety sheets, and local agricultural regulations over AI recommendations. Our guidance supplements but never overrides official requirements.
Prioritize Integrated Pest Management
Use cultural, biological, and mechanical controls first. Consider chemical options only when necessary, with proper safety precautions and resistance management.
Verify When Confidence is Low
When the system expresses uncertainty or offers multiple possibilities, treat this as a signal to verify with local experts or extension services before acting.
Safety Equipment & Intervals
Always wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment and respect Pre-Harvest Interval/Restricted Entry Interval requirements when applying any products.
When to Consult Professionals
AI can help you ask better questions. Local experts help you make the final call. Always consult professionals for:
- Unusual or severe pest/disease outbreaks
- Chemical compatibility and tank-mix questions
- Resistance management and long-term strategy
- Export market or certification requirements
- Organic or GAP certification compliance
- Emergency pest/disease situations
2. Using AI Intentionally (Not on Autopilot)
Modern digital products can feel like streaming services—one more recommendation, one more click. FildraAI should not become an "autoplay" button for your farm. It is a tool to help you think, never a replacement for thinking.
- Pause between recommendations instead of acting on every suggestion immediately
- Treat each AI suggestion as a draft idea to review, not an instruction to follow
- Avoid building habits where you "check with AI" for every minor decision; keep your agronomic skills sharp
- Protect your time and attention: step away from the screen once you have what you need
- Use AI to supplement your expertise, not to bypass professional development
3. Fair Use & Platform Access
We provide FildraAI's services to help farmers and agricultural professionals. To maintain service quality and protect our systems, we require all users to access our platform responsibly.
3.1 Acceptable Use
- Normal agricultural decision support and field diagnostics
- Educational and research purposes within reasonable limits
- Reasonable queries and uploads consistent with farming operations
- Sharing insights within your organization (as permitted by your plan)
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities violate our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination:
- Web Scraping & Data Harvesting: Automated extraction of content, model outputs, knowledge base data, or any other information from our platform
- Bot & Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or automated tools to access our services without explicit written permission
- Excessive API Calls: Making API requests that significantly exceed reasonable agricultural use patterns or your plan limits
- Model Reverse Engineering: Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer our AI models, training data, or proprietary algorithms
- Competitive Intelligence Gathering: Systematic extraction of our knowledge bases, recommendations, or methodologies to build competing products
- Content Redistribution: Republishing, reselling, or redistributing our content, outputs, or services without authorization
- Account Sharing: Sharing login credentials or providing unauthorized access to multiple users outside your organization
- Service Abuse: Spamming, flooding, denial-of-service attacks, or any activity that degrades service for other users
3.3 Rate Limits & Usage Monitoring
We implement rate limits and usage monitoring to ensure fair access for all users:
- Queries per hour/day limits based on your plan tier
- Image upload size and frequency restrictions
- Concurrent session limits
- Automated detection of abnormal usage patterns
Our systems automatically detect and may block suspicious patterns including: rapid-fire requests, systematic data extraction, unusual access patterns, and bot-like behavior. If legitimate use triggers our protections, contact support to resolve the issue.
4. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
4.1 Your Agricultural Data
You retain ownership of images, field data, and other information you upload. By using our services, you grant us permission to:
- Process your data to provide diagnostic and analytical services
- Use anonymized/aggregated data to improve our models and services
- Maintain security, quality, and service improvements
4.2 Our Content & Technology
All AI models, knowledge bases, interfaces, algorithms, and methodologies are proprietary to FildraAI. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works from our technology
- Extract or harvest our knowledge bases or training data
- Use our outputs to train competing AI/ML systems
- Reverse-engineer our models or algorithms
4.3 AI-Generated Outputs
You may use AI-generated outputs for your own agricultural operations, but you acknowledge that:
- Outputs are informational and not guaranteed predictions
- Similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar inputs
- You may not republish outputs as professional advice or guaranteed recommendations
- Outputs cannot be used to develop competing agricultural AI products
5. Emergency Situations
For emergencies or high-risk events, contact local authorities, extension services, or emergency services immediately. FildraAI is not an emergency response system and cannot replace urgent professional intervention.
Contact professional services immediately for:
- Suspected new or invasive pest/disease introductions
