Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Fildra Technologies Limited handles copyright complaints about content uploaded to or made available through FildraAI. It works together with our Terms of Service and Responsible Use Policy.
FildraAI is operated by Fildra Technologies Limited (菲德拉科技有限公司), a company registered in Taiwan (Unified Business Number: 62245655).
Only upload content you have the right to use
You must own, or have permission to use, every image, audio recording, document, or other file you upload. Do not upload material you found online or copied from another product, someone else's voice recording without their clear consent, or any third-party copyrighted work you are not licensed to use. You are responsible for what you upload, and accounts that repeatedly upload infringing or non-consensual content may be suspended or terminated.
Report content that infringes your copyright
If you own or control a copyright and believe content available through FildraAI infringes it, send us a written notice at [email protected] with the subject "DMCA Notice".
To help us act quickly, your notice should include:
- your name, address, email, and phone number;
- identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
- identification of the material you believe is infringing, and enough detail for us to find it (for example, a link or where it appears in the service);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who uploaded it.
If your content was removed: counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same contact. It should identify the removed material and where it appeared, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and include your name, contact details, and signature. Where the law allows, we may restore the content.
Repeat infringers
We terminate, in appropriate cases and at our discretion, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
How to reach us
