Field Sync
Fund the farm from afar, and see it.

You pay for a farm you cannot stand on. Field Sync is being built for you: set the budget in stages, and release the next stage only when the last one is shown to be done, a photo with the time and place, a receipt, or an honest "no proof yet." Every record is permanent. No one can rewrite it, not even us.

Who it's for: you fund a farm from afar and cannot be there. People you trust run it; you set the budget, release money against proof, and see every move.

The gap

You pay for a farm you can't stand on.

Money goes out from abroad, and on the ground it is spent on trust. By harvest, no one can say where it went, what was really bought, or whether the work was done. You are left choosing between sending blind and not sending at all. Field Sync is built so you never have to choose that.

How it works

Stage the budget. Release on proof.

You split the budget into stages (foundation, walls, roofing), each with the proof that should come back. Money for the next stage unlocks only when the last one is evidenced: a photo with its time and place, a receipt, or an honest "reported only."

Nothing is forced. You can always release anyway, but that choice is written into the record, in your name, next to what was and wasn't shown. The point is never to block your farm; it's to make sure you are deciding with the facts in front of you.

Two apps, one record

You decide. The person on the ground records.

Field Sync is two sides of the same record. You, abroad, set the budget, review the proof and release the money. The person on the farm logs what they spend, attaches the proof, and confirms what arrived, in under a minute, by voice, even with no signal.

Trust by design

A record no one can rewrite.

Every entry carries a name, a time, a place and its proof. Corrections are added alongside the original, never over it. No one can edit or delete someone else's entry, move a timestamp, or rewrite history. Not the owner, not the person on the ground, not us. Removing someone is itself written into the record.

Across borders

Both sides of every transfer.

When you send money from abroad, Field Sync records what you sent and what arrived, so fees and exchange differences are visible, not hidden, and not blamed on anyone.

Almost there

Why it is not out yet.

Moving money on trust has to be right. We are building Field Sync alongside Field State, and we will open it only when the record is provably impossible to rewrite and moving money is safe. Payments are not live yet.

Farm Owner Pass, being built
About $20–25 per farm, six months, for owners running a farm from afar with a team. We will name the price once it works.
