Field State
See your whole farm, in plain words.
Speak it, write it, or send a voice note, in your language. Field State turns it into a clear record and shows what you made, spent, and are still owed, plus what to do next.
Who it's for: you are on the farm, running it yourself. Speak, write, or send a voice note; Field State keeps the record and tells you what to do next.

Speak in our supported languages.
See the languages we supportTap the mic and say it the way you would tell a friend:
"Nagulitsa maize, three bags, kwa Banda, seven fifty."
Field State turns your words into a record, then reads it back to you out loud before saving. If it heard wrong, you fix just the wrong part. It saves only when you say yes, so the record stays yours.
Hands full in the field? Just speak. At your desk? Type it instead. Already have a voice note? Send that. Every way becomes the same clear record.
Money is its own record, ready every day.
Who owes you. Banda, K100. Mrs Phiri, K300. Unpaid money, never forgotten.
What your eggs cost. Feed cost per tray, updated each morning you count.
Money in, money out. For each part of the farm, this month, in plain numbers.
Not everything on a farm is a number.
A calf born. Eggs counted. A field that flooded. A harvest brought in. These are not money, but they are your farm. Field State keeps them as farm logs, kept apart from the money, so the story of the land stays whole.
You log what happened, the way you saw it. Field State keeps your own words, with the date and any photo, and remembers them cycle after cycle, so the story of the land stays whole.

It tells you what needs you. From what you logged.
Field State reads your own logs and brings the right things forward: a symptom you flagged weeks ago, a part of the farm that has gone quiet. Answers about your own farm, drawn from your own records.
You can also just ask, in your own words: "What needs me this week?" or "Is the maize costing too much?" It reads your own logs, decides what matters, and ranks it, so you act on the right thing first. Every answer comes straight from your records and points back to them.
One honest list, built only from what you logged. You choose what to share, and with whom.

What's doing the thinking, and what isn't.
Voice. Speech-to-text models turn what you say into words, and text-to-speech reads it back in your language so you can confirm it before it is saved.
Structure and analysis. AI turns your spoken notes into clean records, and runs in-depth analysis when you ask: what you spent, what changed, what needs attention.
Ask your farm. A language model answers your questions from your own records only. The money is added up by exact code, not by the AI, so the figures can be trusted. And every one traces back to a record you can open.
Every record can carry proof.
A photo with the time and place. A receipt. Or nothing, and then the record says, honestly, "reported only."
Your records protect you. "I logged it, with a photo" ends arguments before they start. And when you share your weekly picture, every line shows how it is known.
And the farm remembers.
Every record stays. Next cycle, you start with what the last one taught you: what you planted, what it cost, what came back. Not from zero.
Share a weekly picture with whoever funds the farm.
Field State makes one honest weekly picture from your own logs: money in, money out, what is still owed, and what needs attention. You send it by WhatsApp or any app. Whoever pays for the farm sees it, with no account to make and no app to learn.
Every line says how it is known: a photo, a receipt, or "reported only." You choose exactly what leaves your phone, and when.
